Student combination incorporates all 13 moves in a unique and creative way.
Combination alternates lead leg at least four times in a creative and seamless way.
4pts.
Student stays on rhythm for most of the combination and most of the moves. May get off beat 2-3 times, but quickly finds the beat again.
Student completes moves up to 90% accuracy, with 3-5 errors.
Combination incorporates 11-12 moves in a unique and creative way OR incorporates all 13 moves but without uniqueness or creativity.
Combination alternates lead leg at least four times.
3pts.
Student stays on rhythm for some of the combination and some of the moves. May get off beat 4-7 times, but usually finds the beat again.
Student completes moves with 75% accuracy, making 6-9 errors.
Combination incorporates 9-10 moves.
Combination alternates lead leg three times.
2pts.
Student is on rhythm for little of the combination and few of the moves. Gets off beat frequently but does not always find the beat again.
Student completes moves with 60% accuracy, making frequent errors.
Combination incorporates 7-8 moves.
Combination alternates lead leg twice.
1pt.
Student is rarely, if ever, on beat. May have a hard time finding the beat throughout the entire combination.
Student makes many errors in accuracy and does not appear to know the moves.
Combination incorporates 6 or fewer moves.
Combination alternates lead leg. only once or not at all.

Next Steps

Hello Students and Parents- During this period of distance learning, your physical education classes will be conducted online, just as your other classes. Our classes will follow the format below. Each day a workout video will be posted to our Google Classroom. You are expected to access and complete this workout daily. After the workout, you will need to complete your daily learning log, where you will reflect on the workout and provide evidence that you did the workout. FiT Works will be posted and required as homework as normal. The first will be assigned Monday, March 23 and will be due Friday, March 27th.  I will be checking each day at 3pm that you have accessed the day’s workout and completed your learning log. FiT Work #7- Exercise & Asthma Due: Sunday, February 9th by 10 pm ! Asthma is a chronic (long-term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Asthma causes recurring periods of wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing.  Asthma affects people of all ages, but it most often starts during childhood. In the United States, more than 25 million people are known to have asthma. About 7 million of these people are children. Asthma has no cure. Even when you feel fine, you still have the disease and it can flare up at any time.   However, with today's knowledge and treatments, most people who have asthma are able to manage the disease. They have few, if any, symptoms. They can live normal, active lives and sleep through the night without interruption from asthma.
