FiT Work #4 - Muscle Magic

Have you ever wondered about super human strength? Could you become as strong as The Hulk or Superman, or are you destined to be a 90 pound weakling? Muscles play a very important role in our bodies, not only for movement, but for the strength, endurance, and flexibility necessary for daily activities. But what about emergencies? Would you have the strength necessary to save your own life if you were, for example, sliding down a steep mountain slope towards a cliff? Learning more about muscles, how they work, and their limits and potential for strength are the focus of this Fitness in Technology assignment. You will watch three short videos related to muscles and answer questions based on what you learned in those videos.
